OpenClovis Standard: This level of support is best suited for those developers whose project needs can be addressed via email and with shared engineering support Standard support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST. Incoming issues will be acknowledged and responded to within a 48 hour window. OpenClovis Standard support program is available to both GPL and Commercial license holders
OpenClovis Professional: OpenClovis offers additional support availability which provides access to dedicated engineering resources who will work with your team to resolve possible obstacles and issues. These resources are available from 8:00AM to 8:00PM PST and include real time assistance via phone and email. OpenClovis Professional Support is available only to commercial license holders.
OpenClovis Enterprise: Because not all projects are limited to a traditional work week and are often time sensitive, OpenClovis offers complete 24x7, person to person support for issues that are critical and need immediate attention. Access to engineering support is immediate and issues are addressed immediately so that you can continue with your project. OpenClovis Enterprise support is available only to Commercial License holders.
